Our Name, Our Purpose
Where the Name Comes From
Vaayu is a Sanskrit-origin word that means air, and the name Vaayum is derived from it. We chose it as a daily reminder of what we are building toward: clean energy every community can rely on without a second thought.
Founded with the conviction that India can — and must — lead the global energy storage revolution, Vaayum Energy is bringing advanced LFP battery manufacturing home. From Hyderabad to the nation, we are reducing import dependency and delivering clean, reliable power where it matters most.
